I read the super helpful reviews and ordered a size larger than what I think my normal size would be (I chose the Medium). I'm typically a size 4 in the waist and 6 in the hips. Hope this helps! Overall this dress is absolutely a gorgeous dress, but if you have big boobs I suggest you think twice, The front will not cover it that was my only struggle but I got so many compliments. If you want to make a statement at a wedding or a gala this dress will do it. I did do my own alteration to the dress I added sleeves to it, since it was to long for me.
